Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached in the original shipping box to ensure the garment maintains its shape and quality.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
